- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service to our valued customers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient restocking.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on attention to detail.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability: Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team Player: Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
