Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to deliver exceptional dishes.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize our inventory and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
