Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Lead Kitchen Team
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Haru BBQ Korean Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on food sales, stock, and wastage
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Work setting: Restaurant
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
- Work Language: English
