Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guest needs and ensuring prompt and friendly service.
  • Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
  • Perform opening and closing responsibilities, including party breakdown and duties.
  • Assist with bar inventories and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in all incentives and contests to drive sales and promote the brand.
  • Assist other team members as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
