ROLE SUMMARY: Supporting Bartenders in ensuring clean and well-stocked bar areas, providing essential assistance to facilitate efficient and welcoming service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver an exceptional Guest experience by merging high-quality food, beverages, and entertainment in a lively environment designed for endless enjoyment.
  • Timely report any issues or significant concerns to the immediate supervisor, taking necessary corrective actions or proposing alternative solutions swiftly.
  • Create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for both Guests and Team Members.
  • Adhere to strict alcohol awareness protocols to prevent overconsumption and manage intoxicated Guests, recognizing behaviors that require Manager intervention.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to manage costs while enhancing the Guest experience.
  • Ensure ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking in after meal delivery, keeping nonalcoholic beverages replenished, clearing tables, and promptly addressing Guest requests.
  • Operate efficiently, adhering to the 'Full hands in, Full hands out' principle.
  • Serve food to tables and ensure Guests have all necessary items.
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for stocking bars with garnishes, glassware, straws, and napkins.
  • Maintain beer supplies during and after shifts, including requisition records.
  • Ensure cleanliness of bar areas.
  • Handle trash disposal and perform spot cleaning as required or requested by a Manager.
  • Replenish and prepare supplies for shift changes and closures.
  • Execute opening and closing duties, including party breakdown.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas.
  • Contribute to bar inventories as directed by management.
  • Participate in incentives and contests to enhance sales and promote the brand.
  • Support fellow Team Members as needed based on business requirements.
  • Foster positive relationships with all company Team Members to cultivate a cooperative and harmonious work environment, enhancing team spirit, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
