About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bourbon Street Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a culinary degree or certification is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef is required.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills are required.
