We are currently seeking a Senior Compliance Systems Analyst to join our Payment Oversight team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) and providing technical guidance for compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise to ensure full compliance with PCI-DSS, safeguarding cardholder data during transactions.
- Coordinate annual PCI compliance audits and reporting in collaboration with the Senior Compliance Analyst.
- Manage remediation efforts for PCI audit findings within established timelines.
- Conduct Compliance Impact Assessments and Threat Risk Assessments for various projects and third-party engagements.
- Perform internal and external Gap Assessments against PCI DSS standards to identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Advise stakeholders on policies and procedures related to PCI-DSS compliance.
- Review contracts and RFP documentation for PCI-related considerations.
- Analyze and document technical business processes and cardholder data flows.
- Provide recommendations to enhance compliance operations and mitigate risks associated with payment card information.
- Support vendor and client testing of interface components throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Guide test strategies, plans, and execution of certification tests for technology applications.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor PCI compliance and certification testing against system requirements.
- Ensure that technical and administrative procedures are in place for a smooth transition into production.
- Track project progress and oversee vendor activities.
- Prepare project justifications regarding scope, budget, and schedule as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in developing and supporting complex technology and PCI compliance programs. PCIP certification is advantageous.
