Position Overview
Join Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) as a Supervisor - Combined Lab & X-Ray Technologist (CLXT).
In this leadership role, you will:
- Oversee the team and manage the activities of technical staff.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to patients and clients.
- Propose updates to operational policies, prepare reports, and address routine challenges.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery.
- Execute technical responsibilities as necessary.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Completion of a recognized program in Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technology.
- Current registration with a recognized professional body.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and training.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to operate related equipment and perform necessary techniques.
- Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and external organizations.
- Capability to function both as a leader and a collaborative team member.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient computer skills and the physical capability to fulfill job responsibilities.
