About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Analyst to join our team at Digital Shift. As an SEO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital landscape by deploying your analytical skills and deep knowledge of SEO practices to amplify our clients' online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Keyword Planner, and Moz.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify content gaps and areas for enhancement.
  • Optimize web pages crafted by our content team, employing advanced on-page SEO techniques.
  • Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page.
  • Produce reports on performance metrics, aligning them with our SEO goals and benchmarks.
  • Implement local SEO and link-building strategies, managing backlinks to boost online authority.
  • Stay abreast of SEO trends and continuously update your skills with new tools and practices.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of solid experience as an SEO Analyst or in a similar role within digital marketing.
  • Expertise in using SEO tools and platforms, with a strong grasp of keyword research, XML sitemaps, and webmaster tools.
  • A strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best SEO practices.
  • Proven analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and advanced SEO techniques is preferred.
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.

This is a full-time remote position that requires motivation, self-drive, and the ability to meet deadlines while being responsive and connected using project management and team tools.
