As a Demand Planner at Techtronic Industries, you will be instrumental in collaborating with the Sales and Channel teams to drive account growth while achieving optimal fill rates and forecast precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales, Channel, and Supply teams to create detailed forecasts at the SKU level.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and processes with Sales and Channel leaders to support promotional activities and ensure alignment on forecast expectations.
  • Monitor promotional orders, provide allocation recommendations, and assist in forecasting for new product introductions.
  • Compile and convey total revenue summaries for Sales and Product across all divisions.
  • Examine ordering patterns, identify inconsistencies, and propose necessary adjustments.
  • Proactively alert stakeholders to potential inventory availability risks.
  • Produce reports on supply chain performance metrics and collaborate on the formulation of the annual sales budget.
  • Champion continuous enhancements in internal processes and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Order Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP Systems.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
