About the Role:
The Distribution Department at Mackenzie Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented District Sales Associate to provide administrative support to sales teams. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing operational support, managing territories, and facilitating sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage territory calendars, expenses, and budgets, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and implement business plans in collaboration with District Vice-Presidents and Business Development Managers.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure efficient and consistent territory management.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and relationship-building.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and sales practices.
Requirements:
- Bilingualism (English and Cantonese or Mandarin) is a mandatory requirement.
- Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work well with multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
