Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized District Sales Associate to join our team. As a District Sales Associate, you will provide administrative support to our sales teams, including territory calendar management, expense and budget management, and maintaining our CRM database.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales teams, including territory calendar management and expense and budget management
  • Maintain our CRM database and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings and ensure efficiency and consistency of territory management
  • Discover and explore new business opportunities through proactive sales calls with existing investment advisors and strengthening internal and external client relationships
  • Adhere to internal compliance regulations and sales practices under NI 81-105 for our clients as the team compliance coordinator

Requirements

  • Bilingualism (English and Cantonese or Mandarin) is a mandatory requirement for this role
  • Post-secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Willingness to pursue new and creative ideas, motivation to achieve results, dedicated & energetic, strong communication skills – both verbal & written
  • Interest and curiosity in capital markets and how they relate to the fund industry
  • Ability to work well with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
