Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Support Specialist to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate governance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Effectively manage and maintain minute books, annual filings, security registrations (PPSA), and regulatory compliance.
  • Corporate Governance: Advise on the organization's corporate governance requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contract Management: Review, amend, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, and maintain an active directory of these agreements.
  • Litigation Support: Monitor and maintain active and pending litigation, intellectual property portfolio, and PPSA listings.
  • Policies and Procedures: Draft governance policies and communications, and assist in the development of checklists, templates, and other self-help tools for business teams.
  • Project Management: Provide project management oversight for various projects within the Legal Department.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require a College or University degree and/or 8+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Law Clerk. A generous salary and benefit package is being offered, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
