Job Title: Paralegal

NOT GUILTY PLEA paralegal Professional Corp is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to assist with various legal tasks, including drafting contracts, preparing legal documents, and coordinating administrative services. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong understanding of legal procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including scheduling court trials and receiving affidavits.
  • Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents.
  • Take legal action on landlord and tenant matters, including establishing work priorities for court staff.
  • Administer oaths and ensure accurate and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of reliability.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
