NOT GUILTY PLEA paralegal Professional Corp is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to provide administrative support in our legal office. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, drafting legal documents, and assisting with court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administrative services, including scheduling court trials and managing court documents.
  • Draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with landlord and tenant matters, including taking legal action when necessary.
  • Establish work priorities for court staff and receive affidavits, declarations, and affirmations.
  • Administer oaths and schedule court trials.
  • Provide excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
