Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to manage construction operations within the Metro Vancouver area. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in natural gas infrastructure, emphasizing safety and teamwork. In this role, you will oversee work management and dispatch, cultivate a cooperative work environment, and promote our safety culture.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and dispatch operational tasks
  • Encourage a collaborative workplace atmosphere
  • Lead safety initiatives and programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams on strategic projects
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members

Qualifications:
