Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will be responsible for providing pediatric speech-language pathology services to children and youth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, identify, and treat clients of varying ages and with diverse diagnoses
  • Collaborate with a talented inter-disciplinary team to provide pediatric speech-language pathology outpatient and community-based services
  • Utilize a social-emotional, neuro-developmental, and play-based focused program to provide a client/family-centered approach to care
  • Work in partnership with other staff to provide feeding and swallowing services for children and youth
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited post-secondary institution
  • Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
  • Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
  • Skilled ability in the assessment, identification, and treatment of clients of varying ages and with diverse diagnoses
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal
