Position: Inventory Management SpecialistAs an Inventory Management Specialist at Flanagan Foodservice, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic and tactical inventory forecasting and replenishment plans
- Overseeing inventory levels, ensuring fill rate targets are met, and optimizing inventory turnover
- Creating Purchase Orders and fostering strong supplier partnerships
- Conducting seasonal demand forecasting and managing promotional activities
- Evaluating KPI metrics to inform strategic decisions
- Offering support in supply chain planning as required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Buying
- At least 3 years of experience managing inventory in the Produce sector
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain planning methodologies
- Post-secondary degree in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline
- Proficiency with ERP systems and forecasting tools
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Pension and RRSP plans
