Occupational Therapist II

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist II to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering person-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide evidence-informed therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues to promote understanding and shared decision-making.
  • Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
