Occupational Therapist IIWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist II to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering person-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide evidence-informed therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, families, and colleagues to promote understanding and shared decision-making.
- Advocate for patients' rights and well-being, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
