As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Primary Care services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of physical and cognitive disabilities, using evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting independence and self-management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program.
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care.
