About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and services to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Support retail operations by maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Deliver best-in-class service to customers, both in-store and over the phone

Requirements
  • A full Class G driver's license with a clean driving record
