About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in maximizing store revenues and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Manage customer accounts and payments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues
  • Communicate the benefits and features of our financial products, empowering customers to achieve their financial goals
  • Support retail operations by maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Deliver exceptional service when supporting the delivery of our products to customers' homes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods (considered an asset)
  • Full class driver's license with a driver's abstract in good standing
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment)
