Cabin Definition Integration Professional

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Cabin Definition Integration Professional to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for defining and integrating cabin design requirements into our aircraft interior completion process.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Cabin Engineering focal with Bombardier multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers.
- Prepare different types of Engineering documentation to support start of design activities.
- Define technical requirements and participate in strategic planning.
- Help suppliers to understand and follow BA processes and best practices.
- Find and propose opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Review specifications for accuracy across documentations.
- Be mindful of project potential technical issues.
- Support Program Change Requests (PCR).
- Coordinate technical integration meetings, analyze, and define technical proposals to meet program needs.
- Participate in aircraft go and see in production to assess build or installation issues.
- Communicate efficiently with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and upper management.
- Validate certification documents as required to ensure design comply with regulations.
- Act as a technical leader and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your larger team.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- More than 10 years relevant technical experience in aircraft interiors completions. Cabinet experience is an asset.
- Solid experience with Catia/Enovia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.).
- Well-organized and focused on projects.
- Ability to understand complex engineering issues and innovative in problem-solving.
- Good oral and written communication skills in French and English.
- Collaborative mindset, adaptable to changes, and customer satisfaction as a top priority.
