Medical Laboratory Assistant II

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Laboratory Assistant II to join our team at Dawson Creek and District Hospital. As a key member of our Laboratory department, you will be responsible for performing specimen collection, preparation, and testing, as well as providing excellent customer service to our patients and healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform specimen collection, preparation, and testing in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare team members, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with laboratory staff to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results and patient information.
