About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Property Developer One Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's objectives.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries to provide excellent customer service.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support the company's administrative functions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support the company's financial operations.
  • Workplace Safety: Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
