Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic property management setting, focusing on:

  • Supervising rental agents and building superintendents
  • Negotiating rental agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensuring compliance with lease terms
  • Overseeing support staff for operational and maintenance tasks
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations
  • Generate expense and income reports
  • Respond to client or tenant inquiries and issues
  • Ensure all necessary business licenses are obtained
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Required SkillsTechnical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with Yardi system
  • Proficient in MS Windows
