Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Support Specialist to join our team at JAI IT SOLUTIONS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to clients experiencing difficulties with their computer systems, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve their issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use their computer systems, ensuring they are proficient in using the technology.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions, ensuring that this information is readily available for future reference.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support analysts to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall team performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
