**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Orchard Park location in Kelowna, BC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, driving sales and revenue growth, and leading a team of retail professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals

**Requirements**

  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role in retail, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders
  • Talent for building a high-performing team and driving business results
