Job Title: Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service and helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to wealth advisors in their daily activities
  • Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Coordinate client meetings and appointments, ensuring seamless communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • College diploma in a related field, such as business administration or finance
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
