Position Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at Yarmouth Appliances and Home Furnishings, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Billing Coordination: Organize billing processes for services rendered.
  • Refund Management: Process refunds and credits as necessary.
  • Service Explanation: Clarify the types and costs of services available.
  • Documentation: Issue receipts and maintain accurate records.
  • Complaint Logging: Receive and document customer complaints.
  • Application Handling: Process credit and employment applications.
  • Payment Processing: Manage customer payments efficiently.
  • Merchandise Sales: Engage in the sale of merchandise.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a customer service role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
