We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Corporation Service Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth registration and renewal of domains for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of domain-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with global vendors to complete customer orders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Manage a shared team queue of new work and individual processing queue, prioritizing tasks to meet daily order processing commitments.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to research and analyze domain data, identifying solutions to meet client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and registries, ensuring efficient and effective domain registration processes.
- Contribute to process improvement projects, analyzing data to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with internal teams to execute strategic domain projects and launches, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
