As a Client Service Partner, your primary role will involve processing and fulfilling client orders while overseeing a diverse portfolio of domain names. You will collaborate closely with the Product Manager on various initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and eager to engage with innovative technology and global branding strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivating and sustaining client relationships through outstanding service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Offering support for account management, addressing service inquiries, invoicing concerns, and conducting research for specific client needs.
- Overseeing a portfolio that includes domain names, trademarks, and brand protection services to safeguard and enhance clients' global internet presence.
- Processing and fulfilling orders, establishing trust with clients as their go-to advisor.
- Collaborating with vendors to troubleshoot technical challenges and identify new revenue streams or enhancements to service offerings.
- Working alongside global partners to ensure seamless completion of customer orders.
- Assisting the Product Manager with brand launches, troubleshooting, product development, and problem resolution.
- Staying informed about industry trends and new product offerings, effectively communicating these to clients.
- Conducting research and analysis of customer data to drive insights.
- Facilitating online demonstrations for clients and sales teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service-focused role is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate directly and transparently with clients and colleagues.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
