Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and budgeting decisions.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
