Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
- Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
