Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front-of-house and management, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
