Qualifications- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in concrete finishing.
The role involves working in various settings including rural and urban areas, commercial and residential sites, as well as on sidewalks and curbs. Expect a demanding environment that is often dusty and noisy.
Key Responsibilities- Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete.
- Utilize power vibrators to compact concrete effectively.
- Ensure the top surface of concrete is leveled according to specifications.
- Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools.
- Install fixtures such as anchor bolts, steel plates, and door sills.
- Apply hardening and sealing agents to cure surfaces properly.
- Waterproof and restore concrete surfaces as needed.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Operate jackhammers and drills for pavement demolition.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials including concrete and asphalt.
- Measure lumber to ensure it meets specified dimensions.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms and scaffolding.

This position is physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced work environment and capable of handling weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

The ideal candidate will be accurate, flexible, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Work ScheduleExpect to work between 40 to 50 hours per week.
