Merchandising Specialist - Flowers and Plants

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for flowers and plants? Do you enjoy working independently and have excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to work as a Merchandising Specialist at one retail location. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25lbs and have a smartphone with access to the internet.

Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store, including restocking and maintaining sections
  • Address out of stock issues and ensure that all products are properly displayed
  • Water plants and flowers, and remove any dead or unsalable products
  • Submit daily visit reports and maintain a good relationship with the store manager
  • Take photos of the display and ensure that all products are properly merchandised

Qualifications and Requirements

You will need to have a smartphone with access to the internet, and be able to lift up to 25lbs. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required. Your home location should be within 10KM of the retail store.
