We are a renowned culinary establishment seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
