Job Title: Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist Assistant

CBI Home Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an OTA/PTA, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy and physiotherapy services to clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and provide support with mobility and transfers
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve client goals
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in Occupational Therapy/Physiotherapy Assistant (OTA/PTA)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • General knowledge of mobility aids and assistive equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
