As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and preparing and submitting reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
* Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
* Prepare and submit reports
* Arrange for maintenance and repair work
* Ensure proper functioning of equipment
* Light cleaning duties
* Maintain work records and logs
* Organize warehouse and work areas
* Perform general office duties
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Excellent oral communication
* Organized
* Reliability
* Accurate
* Forklift Operator Certification
* Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
* MS Excel
* MS Word
* MS Windows
* MS Office
