Change Management Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Trainer to join our team at Parisella Vincelli Associates Consulting Group, Inc. As a Change Management Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering on-site management training workshops and one-on-one coaching support to our clients, enabling them to achieve and sustain project goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Design, adapt, and tailor training material content to meet client needs
  • Manage and deliver training sessions to client managers and front-line supervisors
  • Conduct individual follow-up and one-on-one coaching with client managers and front-line supervisors
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs to various management levels
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as organizational development, communication, or leadership development
  • PROSCI Certification
  • Proven presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to work in a dynamic team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluency in a second language (French)
  • General business knowledge and experience in sectors such as automotive, utilities, consumer goods, and more
  • Demonstrated knowledge of concepts such as Lean and Six Sigma
