Senior Change Management Consultant Opportunity

49 Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Consultant to collaborate on a high-profile RFP with the Department of National Defence. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to support the Digital Campaign Plan and the Chief of Defence Staff Initiative, including Program Management and Governance support, Change Management Team support.

This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires a deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives and change management strategies. If you have a proven track record of delivering complex IM/IT implementations and managing multi-disciplinary teams, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide change management expertise to support digital transformation initiatives
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful program delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
  • Design and deploy data integration and implementation solutions
  • Advise on governance processes for program management support
Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience as a Change Management Consultant or 5+ years of experience as a Change Management Consultant and a professional certification
  • 5 years of experience providing services to support digital transformation initiatives for Government of Canada, Provincial, or Territorial client departments
  • 5 years of experience managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex IM/IT implementations
  • 5 years of experience advising on administering governance processes for program management support
  • 10 years of experience in digital change management strategy development
  • 5 years of experience working on Organizational Change Management projects in a leadership role for large-scale digital transformation
  • 2 years of experience designing and deploying data integration and implementation solutions
  • Completed post-secondary education with at least a bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Science, or Computer Science
  • Must have one of the following certifications: Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), APGM Organizational Change Management Foundation, Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM), Change Management Institute Certification, Change Management Specialist (CMS), or Prosci Change Management Certification
