Director of Sales Job Description

Atlific Hotels and Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives for our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure effective use of resources to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize room rates and occupancy levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in sales and marketing software.
