- Demonstrate expertise in chemical water treatment and mentor team members accordingly.
- Possess a sound business acumen to drive commercial success and consistently exceed annual revenue targets and key performance indicators.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, service excellence, and account retention through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Industry Business Development Leaders to develop growth strategies and secure new business opportunities.
- Recruit, develop, and coach team members while providing necessary support and coverage.
- Foster strong relationships internally and externally through effective communication skills.
- Utilize internal resources to optimize performance and achieve set objectives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Chemical Water Treatment with leadership background.
- Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent field; OR Bachelor's Degree with significant experience in Water treatment and leadership.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering strong commercial results.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and inclusive leadership qualities.
- Knowledge of customer Industries such as HPI, CPI, Power, F&B, C&I, etc.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor team effectively.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Efficient time and budget management skills.
