At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry to prioritize people and deliver exceptional client experiences. We're seeking a talented Client Success Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission.
About the Role
- As a Client Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering value to our clients and ensuring their success.
- You'll work closely with our Fleet Management team to identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day tactical requests as communicated by the Fleet Management team.
- Manage exceptions to ensure processes are followed up timely and closed loop.
- Identify requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation and leverage subject matter experts to resolve inquiries.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B or services organization.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, data analytics, and pivot tables.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and professional team player who works well with others.
