Sales Representative

About the RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, build relationships with potential members, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue
- Build relationships with potential members and provide exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell membership packages and programs
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales team to improve performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
