Job Title: Packaging Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Packaging Supervisor to join our team at Minhas Micro Brewery. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and supervise staff in packaging duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions.
  • Prepare production reports and analyze data to optimize packaging processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule packaging activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Work Environment:

Our brewery operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As a Packaging Supervisor, you will be working in a warehouse setting with a team of 3-4 people.

Security and Safety:

We require a criminal record check for all employees. You will be working in a secure and safe environment with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
