Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quik Chek Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Assign Sales Workers: Allocate tasks and responsibilities to sales associates, ensuring that all areas of the store are covered.
  • Teach and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Order and Merchandise: Manage the ordering and merchandising of products, ensuring that the store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
  • Authorize Returns: Handle customer returns and exchanges, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and fairly.
  • Establish Schedules: Create and manage schedules for sales associates, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Sell Merchandise: Assist customers with purchases, providing excellent customer service and promoting products.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and issues, ensuring that all problems are resolved promptly and fairly.
  • Organize Inventory: Manage the inventory of products, ensuring that the store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the activities of sales associates, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee Payroll: Manage payroll administration, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Lead and motivate a team of office and volunteer staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to multitask.
