Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quik Chek Ltd. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets its sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and lead by example, ensuring that all staff members understand the importance of providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage Sales and Inventory: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations to management on how to improve sales and reduce inventory levels.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, and work with the customer to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment and will be expected to be flexible and adaptable in response to changing circumstances.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
