Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors and at heights, primarily in construction and renovation settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism.
  • Assess and determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations accurately.
  • Prepare and manage work materials and supplies efficiently.
  • Load and unload equipment and supplies from trucks.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of other team members.
  • Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
  • Set up and install scaffolding and other working platforms.
  • Interpret blueprints, maps, and specifications accurately.
  • Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite materials.
Skills and Abilities
  • Equipment Experience: Proficient with hand tools.
  • Specialization: Focused on kitchen cabinets and vanities.
Transportation and Travel

A vehicle will be provided by the employer for travel to various job sites.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • Must be capable of handling heavy loads (up to 100 lbs and more).
  • Willingness to work overtime and perform repetitive tasks.
